Automechanika Frankfurt is the world's leading trade fair for the automotive service industry. In 2018 the biennial trade fair is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a host of new themes and REIFEN as a co-located show.
On April 25, 2018, during the business forum, the Lithuanian Automotive Export Association (LAuGEA) signed a cooperation agreement with the North Hungarian automotive industry cluster NOHAC.
Lithuanian Automotive Export Association (LAuGEA), that unites Lithuanian companies related to the automotive industry, has handed out important awards to companies for their results achieved in 2017.
For the second year in a row, the "Craft Bearings" team returns to Lithuania reaching the record of Baltic States. Last year Antanas Juknevičius and Darius Vaičiulis crew took the 21st place in the absolute rank, this year it was the 12th place.
In the 5th Innovation Express Competition, 4 new Lithuanian projects were approved, which will be implemented together with international partners from the Baltic Sea Region.
LAuGEA memeber - JSC "Gaschema" became one of the winners of the competition "Innovation Prize" organized by the Lithuanian Innovation Center and Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists. The aim of this competition is to promote business thinking, technological development and innovation.

On the 27th-30th of September, agency "Enterprise Lithuania" together with Lithuanian Automotive Export Association LAUGEA organized a business mission to the South African Republic. 9 companies of automotive sector benefited from this opportunity.
